Merchant Onboarding Requirements

AddPay Merchant Onboarding Requirements  


For Natural Persons:
• Valid ID or passport
• Proof of residential address 
• Bank account confirmation letter

For Companies:
• CIPC registration documents (CoR 14.3)
• Valid ID or passport of the director being onboarded
• Proof of business address 
• Bank account confirmation letter (in the company's name)

Create a Merchant Account with AddPay  

Click Onboarding

Click in New Application

Populate your personal information as per the ID Document of the authorized representative of the business entity for which you are applying and click submit

Fill in the Business details as per below and click update

Now enter the business registered address as per the valid FICA document and click on update.

Enter your banking details for receiving the funds and click on update

Upload a Selfie photo and click on update:

Upload your Identification document and select the document type. Click on update and Next:

Upload FICA Documents and click on Update and Next:

  1. Proof of Banking Details
  2. Proof of Address

Review the Termsheet and:

  1. Accept the Termsheet
  2. Accept the EULA
  3. Sign the Termsheet
  4. Enter the OTP sent to your email

Submit the Application

Info
FICA checks should be completed in 24 hours after which AddPay will communicate back to you by email with the Merchant Key and Merchant ID
