Zoho Books Payment Gateway Extension Installation
The following guide provides instructions on how to install and set up the Zoho Books or Billing Payment Gateway Extension. The following steps are required:
- Obtain your Zoho Organization ID and confirm the Zoho Domain
- Register as a Merchant with AddPay and obtain a Merchant Id and Merchant Key from AddPay.
- Find the AddPay Payment Gateway Extension on the Zoho Marketplace and install it by following the prompts.
- Add the Payment Gateway.
- Start Transacting!
1. Obtain your Zoho Organization ID and confirm the Zoho Domain and send to AddPay
To proceed, AddPay will require the following information from you:
Your Organization ID, which can be found in the Profile section of your Zoho Books accountConfirmation that your organization is hosted in the US region, which can be verified by checking that your domain ends in .com
2. Register as a Merchant with AddPay
Once approved, AddPay will issue you with your:
1) Merchant Id and your
2) Merchant Key (store these safely for later).
3. Install the Payment Gateway Extension
Find the AddPay Gateway Extension in the Books Marketplace and install it. Follow the prompts and note the settings shown below.
Internal Connections
Connect the Zb_addpay connection by clicking on it below and supplying the Merchant Id as the UserName, and the Merchant Key as the Password

4. Add the Payment Gateway
Once the extension is installed, navigate to Settings->Payment Gateways. Find the newly added AddPay Gateway and click setup.

Supply the Merchant Id and Merchant Key (obtained from AddPay in step 2).
*Optional: You can also supply a Bank Account through which all AddPay transaction Payments will be recorded in Zoho Books, like:
"AddPay transactions"
This will allow you to recon transactions between funds when it settles into your bank account in Books.
5. Start transacting.
